At Shoreline Junk and Haul, our mission is simple: do whatever it takes to provide genuine
value in an underserved market. Founded by friends Phil and Kyler, we moved from Phoenix
to Bay County in October 2024. Our goal is to bring top-notch service to our new home in the
Panhandle and show our neighbors what real commitment looks like

About Phil
Phil Leconte is a father, speaker, and serial entrepreneur who began his career as a commercial insurance broker after graduating from Georgia State University with a degree in Risk Management and Insurance. Since then, he has built and scaled businesses in short-term rentals, online education, residential solar, and now the home services industry. His latest mission is to make Shoreline Junk and Haul a household name throughout the Panhandle.

About Kyler
Kyler Bilbrey is a young entrepreneur with proven experience leading moving crews and excelling in sales. An Arizona native who loves the outdoors, Kyler specializes in hands-on work—a skill many in his generation have overlooked. Known for his knack for problem-solving,
He consistently underpromises and overdelivers, ensuring customers receive the best possible service. Kyler’s goal is to expand Shoreline Junk and Haul into a trusted brand across the Panhandle, always with a focus on serving the community.
